ICICI Prulife — Unable to access my account!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to access my account(Policy#[protected], I did speak with one of your representatives
on the phone & he informed me that he would solve the problem, that was in June, I am STILL unable
to access my account. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.
Please resolve the matter & get back to as soon as possible & oblige!
