[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — Cash payment not updated | |
I am a credit card customer of ICICI bank. My credit card number is: - [protected]. I had a due payment of Rs. 42, 257.66 last month. On 3rd of April I got a call form ICICI Mumbai from the number[protected] and the executive told me to make the payment to the executive on next day 4th April. I told her that I’ll make the payment in the bank only but she convinced me that if I’ll pay the amount to executive late payment will not be charged. So I agreed for that. On 4th April executive came to my residence address C-26, Sec 20, Noida, and asked me to pay the minimum due of Rs. 2120 But I had paid him Rs. 10000 cash with 19 notes of Rs 500 and 5 of Rs. 100 as I want to cut the due as soon as possible. He gave me the receipt for the payment. But till now my payment has not been updated and I get a call daily to make the payment. I complained this issue to the customer care executive and got the request number[protected] but till yet nothing is done as my payment is not updated. I am getting frustrated as daily I get a call from the bank to make the payment. Please suggest what should I do in this case.
