ICICIcredit Card — UNAUTHORISED CHARGES IN CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

I am honey jain holding ICICI CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] in my last statments dated 29-05-08 & 28-06-08 there is an unauthorised charges regading payment of MTNL telephone bill rs. 1602 & 842 respectively.

they are not responding on customre care online and harashing for payment of this unthorised bill.

we had also confirmed with MTNL, as per them there is no payment deposited through our credit card.

please check the matter and instruct to concern authority to reverse all this charges in my next statement.

ICICIcredit Card — about my personal bills

I have never registered myself for the payment of my mobile bills with your bank through my credit cards. Even then in every one months you are paying on my behalf but you are not inform me. This is not enough you have paid some other amounts (Rs. 909.64)& now total amount is Rs.2, 474.13. I am the suferer now . Unfortunately due to some financial crisis I am running outstanding dues in my credit card and this has added heavy rate of interest on these amounts also.
Pls Inform me what is the process for cancel this credit card.

ICICIcredit Card — Unresponsive agents

Hi its vivek here.
i have thrice applied for the ICICI bank Credit card, but none of the times i received the card. even i spoke to the local agent and enquirred about the status of card delivery he responded like he has now nothing to do with it and he was just upto the formal filling of the application form. he was nowhere seemed concerened that whether i have received the card or not.
this overall calls for the customer satisfacation and the customer service they are offering.

If till this time you have not found out that ICICI is the most pathetic bank in India which has grown too much too fast which it cannot cater to...it actually is your problem. ICICI will continue to milk its existing customer. That is there business model. High time make switch - in savings a/c, credit card a/c or house loan a/c. It is worth the effort. I understand all these take effort. I have gone through that but as of now I have switched all of above incl. DEMAT a/c. Name ICICI and its manager who keeps boasting on CNBC sucks.

Ohhh...i had thought it's just me who is finding issues with iMint. This is being countinously 4 months that i have been calling iMint for my card. I was provided with the card number, but where is my card...god only knows. I have been regular in calling iMint CC every 10 days (don't have much work in office...:)). on top of all ...the biggest frustration is the worth of rewards. spend 20K on ICICI card to get a reward of 200 bucks. it's really taking my nerves and i have actually shifted to other bank cards.

does any one know ...how to get the card and redeem all the points? ...just joking guys :)

With reference to the above credit card No. [protected] I would like to inform you that I had confirmed before booking the air ticket from your staff for two times and the discount of 10% on the same.

After confirmation that I will be liable of 10% cash back, I have purchased the air ticket but till today I still haven’t received the cash back, I will also like to inform you that the same ticket were also available in other site same airways for Rs.25915/- but because of the cash back I have booked the tickets with you.
Please note by doing this sort of thing you are trying to cheat me if the same thing continues and the cash back is not been given immediately I am not interested with your credit card and I will have to cancel the card.


I received your statement dated May 15, 2008 in which I was charged the amount of Rs.27, 755.00 for the tickets booked by me, but I have not received the credit of the cash back amount for the same.

I once again had a word regarding this matter with your concerning department, wherein I was promised that I will get the credit in the next bill, but after receiving the other bill (statement) dated June 15, 2008 I had still not received the cash back amount on the said ticket of the amount of Rs.2034/-

I cannot understand why you are giving me different statement every time and trying to harass me, by giving me mentally tension, I would clearly like to state that I am not going to pay the above cash back amount of Rs.2034/- which I was confirmed by your staff two times on phone, being the fault of your staff I am neither going to pay any interest nor any penalty amount on it, hence you are once again requested to look into the matter and do the needful, if there is no favourable reply on my side then please cancel my above card immediately.

Its really shameful, you dont even have mail id on behalf of imint. Why you are using gmail account. Why you dont have a mail id @imintpoints.com
Suggestion for all, do not put your details like phone number and date of birth, card number courier number on forums, its easy to cheat you with those details. And do not send mails to ids which are not corporate. You better put mails to customar care mail ids.

ICICIcredit Card — credit card is not received till now

Dear sir
i would like to have your kind attention that my credit card has already been approved from 14 july 2008 but till now i have not received it.
i got a sms that it has been sent to me through Manikantacity net but those worst fellows are not at all contacting and trying to delever to the receipient and they are sending back telling that recipient is not available but for your kind onformation i am always available with my phone and my wife is available at my residential address.
after 20 day when i called to cus care they told that it has already been resent to me by LB courier but till now i have not received it.
the response received from your cus care executive is untolerable, they dont bother to anybody.
please let me know wheather can i receive it or not
my kind request you not to send any important things througt nonsense courier service
And please train the cus.care executive for giving adequte information to the caller.

I do agree with the complain. Its really stupid on ICICI to do this sort of act without informing the customers. I had more than 4500 points on my card and suddenly all vanished in the next statement. When I contacted the customer service the stupid lady on other side replied that all the points were transtered to i-mint. These are the idiotic move some useless people take in the organisation and because of their individual decisions, such a reputed bank is getting lot of rubbish from the customers.

ICICIcredit Card — ICICI Credit Card Complaints - Dispute of HSBC Credit Card

I have discussion with customer care for more than 4 times but there is no response regarding the issue. As I remember I talked to Mr. Rajeev Ranjan for the issue illustrated below. But they not answering clearly and cut the phone .
And they are without my permission detucting money form my saving account.

ICICIcredit Card — Unauthorised withdrawal from account

We had received a letter regarding payment of credit card due amount on 18th August 09. The letter was dated 13 th august. The amount has been deducted from our ICICI account on 18th itself, before we could speak to the person incharge. We have been trying to reach the officer- Mr. Aashish on[protected], BAngalore branch, but the calls go unanswered.

i have paid the due of icici credit cared of Rs-37500/- via a cheque on 30.06.2008 drawn on axis bank, but bank has said the has return, so i paid second chq of same amount but bank has sent both chq to my bank for clearing and get the cr of one chq and another got cda.
bank has sent even the recovery agent to collect the above money.
since 08.07.08 i have sent many email n phone to bank but no reply my card is block since then till today, who will pay the Rs400- of cda charge by my axis bank due to icici fault.
i want to take the icici to consumer court for cheating, defficenecy in service and use of recovery agent to collect the money which i have already paid by chq.

ICICI Credit cards — Reward points

Four months back, reward points accumilated to my account are transferred to imint card with a promis that the imint card shall be delivered with in a month. Four months were lapsed still I am waiting for the imint card. Please do the needful and I shall be thasnkful to you sir,

the cheque was dropped in the collection box located in the ATM booth at NTPC complex sector 24, NOIDA on 2nd August 2008. to my surpised it was informed by your represtative on 26th aug that the cheque is not rceived by you.

please advise the collection agent to take care of cheques.

ICICIcredit Card — Didn't receive credit card statements for the last 3 months

Since April I have no received any credit card statement at my residence. after making so many complaints on phone as well as via e-mail no one was of help to me. I do have all the copy ecords of those e-mails.

I have stopped paying my ICICI credit card bill because there was some problem with the statement. I have informed them regarding the same in writing as well as e-mailed them. But they continued sending bills and never rectified my statement.
They dint even revert to my complaints.
Now they have blocked my salary account.
What can be done regarding this.
How can I get my account unblocked?

ICICIcredit Card — Cash payment charges

Sir,
I am a credit card holder. In my latest bill i have been charged Rs 100 + service charges on cash payment.
What is this. I called the customer care but they say that I was given the intimation of the same.
Sir I wanted to know under which rule they are deducting these charges. As far as I know there is no such rule.

I had received credit card statement on 09th Aug.07 which has lot of discrepancies

The statement shows there are few transactions with ESEVA, Hyderabad which is not correct Most shocking fact to me is I have never used this card (Card no: [protected]) so far.It is still sealed.According to ICICI customer care another credit card on my name had been delivered to someone in Hyderabad.I am not able to understand how this could happen.

I have raised the dispute request SR33338471 on 10 th Aug, 07.After that another request SR36804056 on, 5th SEP, 07. I was told that I will get the update within 7 working days.I didn't get any. After that on 12th Dec, 07 when I mailed them again regarding this, they told they have reinitiated another request with this reference number and it will take 60 working days.And it's going on and on and I never got any update.Suddenly they have deducted amount of Rs. 22236.52 from savings a/c to this credit card. And the status of those request is still processing.
