[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — cash back not realised

I have booked ticket from Pune to Bangalore through Make my trip website. I have used a deal of ICICIFEST12 for 500Rs. cash back. The offer in the icici bank site says that the payment can be made through credit / debit card / net banking. The link below shows the offer terms & conditions.

When I contacted make my trip they have sent me email that it is a mistake from icici bank.

Quote - As informed you earlier that per our Higher Authority revert the offer was valid only for the transition of net banking and as Terms and Condition is not cleared this is mistake from ICICI Banks end. Unquote

I do not know whom I should contact to get my cash back
