[Resolved] Star Health Insurance — ID CARD NOT RECEIVED | |||
Sir, I am G.THIRUMURUGAN,B.E.,M.B.A., working as Assistant Engineer(Industries) in the Department of Industries and Commerce,District Industries Centre,Erode. I have taken Star Health Insurance Govt. Employees Scheme through District Industies Centre,Coimbatore and monthy Rs.25 is being deducted from my salary. But very unfortunately, till date ,I have not received the I.D.Card. My Star Health Insurance No:CBE/01/IB303/138672. Kindly issue ID Card as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken Star Health Insurance Govt. Employees Scheme through TWAD BOARD and monthy Rs.25 is being deducted from my salary. But very unfortunately, till date, I have not received the I.D.Card.
My Star Health Insurance No:DPI/03/01018/1302262.
Kindly issue ID Card as early as possible.
