IDBI — non payment of warrants to my account

sir. warrant no[protected] folio no161fb1654386 rs.28898/ deposited on 25/01/2008and warrant no.8042717 folio no.191fb1953994 rs.13400/were deposited my me to sbi ballia(0017) on06/01/2009 have not been credited to my ac no.[protected] as yet.they are not giving any satisfactory answer.kinly let me know to which account these warrants have been deposited or stop payment of these warrants.kindly help me to get my money.
