DEAR SIR,


I HAVE APPLIED BEFORE 3 MONTH FOR NET BANKING LOGIN &
PASSWORD IN IDBI BANK.MY A/C NO-[protected].
BUT TILL DATE I DONT HAVE RESULT FROM IDBI BANK...FOR THIS
I MET PERSONALY AT BHOPAL IDBI BANK....BUT TILL DATE
NO RESULT.

As per various telephonic and mail Conversation about Intenet login
and password .i am follow up for three months with various executives
in mail and telephonic talk.but about two monts passed but result is
nill.this way the bank treat with customer. I have Filled the form for
internet banking about two months ago but no response from your end.So

same things happen to me i got the password and customer id but still not able to logon in i net banking it shows my account is disabled i sent many mails and tried to contanct cusotmer care bt now result.

Why don’t you try writing to their customer care team at [protected]@idbi.co.in? I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. They are usually very prompt at replying to complaints received on that id.
