[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — 1. Forcefully opening Savings AC. 2.Debiting to the Account without my Permission

1. I bought Home loan from idbi bank Nerul Branch & they Forcefully made me open a Savings A/C.
2. After the Savings A/C was opened by depositing Rs 2500/- I was not able to withdraw it due to unavailability of Debit Card. Than they debited it for some Charges & when the Balance was resduced as a result of Debiting my A/C. They again debited not maintaining balance 2500/-. Now finally I have to suffer & at last I have to bear loss of Rs 350 Approximately.

My Question is 1. why are these non-ethical Marketing strategy developed for creating new customers.
2. How can they automatically debit Amount from my A/c.
