This is to inform you that I have salary a/c in IDBI Bank since 2007. The a/c was opened in KG Marg, Delhi and that time there were address of our office shapoorji pallonji & Co. Ltd. & Now I have shifted to other organisation and request has been given to Jankapuri Branch to change the address . Its being more that1 year that I had given application to the IDBI Janakpuri Brance, with all the relevant papers/ document as required by the Bank. After many reminders/visits/e-mails to the Bank the address has been not done my address changaes and resultant till date my all statements are going to our prev organisation ( shapoorji ) ? Bank is not understanding my a/c privacy, as my statements & other relevant papers are going to wrong person & wrong address.

This is a serious issue for me, and i request you to please look into the above said matter and help me.ASAP
