I too left them for the same reason, seems they think Nobody has good options, atleast the other companies pay salaries on time

you need to consumer court against the company with all details.

I totally agree, i joined them in 2012 March and got fired for asking a hike which was mentinoed in my offer letter and was my right, they never gave me my hard earned incentives whcih was due after every month and took the hike oppurtunity to terminate my services, Bunch of Frauds from US office to India office, The propreitor Prateek Gattani himself is well known in the consultant community of cheating them by not paying for consultant services.

not only the owner but most of the employees of IDC are born ... Raju Kumar .. Sr. Manager a big tym joker nd CHAPLOOS of IDC

I received an email and phone call from IDC Technologies for the position of ECAD Process Consultant.IDC's client was TCS(Tata Consultancy Services) who were contracted by TRW in Farmington Hills, MI. After the second interview on June 20 I received an email and a call telling me I was chosen for the position and signed the contract on June 23 which stated my starting date of July 7.I was asked three times if I would reduce my rate $2-5 including four days after signing the contract. To fulfill my obligation to relocate and start I spent around $4, 000.On July 2nd I received an email from IDC saying "Please don’t move as client has some problems over there. Please wait till I will give you some heads up for the project. Please don’t relocate." I wrote back saying my car was half way there and I was supposed to be moving into my apartment on July 5. I didn't hear from them again. I sent a certified letter asking to be reimbursed for my moving expenses. They said I would get reimbursed but it has not happened and my emails are not replied to.

In the month of March I have received the offer and deployed mipsl company after company closes the Hr told me leave and also there is no salary while working in mispl.no there is one to coordinate and I received offer letter from idc.

After putting my resignation letter they have not given me last month salary and they are telling release letter you will get after 1 month. Even i have 1 offer i cant join because they are not giving me experience letter. Now what to do?
friend any suggestion, anybody already moved to court. is that the last solution, because i am deputed in Bangalore.

I have to take leave due to some personal issues after joining. Now they are threatening me to take legal action against me on my signed nda. I am in personal issues and I need leaves.
