[Resolved] Idea 3g Netsetter — not getting access to WCDMA 3G network | |||
Hello, I purchased a idea netsetter 3g (EC1732) with mobile number [protected] and a Rs. 750/month plan. For first two months I used to get access to 3G network (WCDMA) with speed around 800kbps. But for last one month I get access only to EDGE network with speed around 20Kbps only. I put online complaints many times through my user account @ idea, but nothing resolved till now. Then I called customer care, but after 1 minute music the call automatically disconnected. Please help me to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

HI the same problem I am facing with my data card... When I go manually to search for 3g network neither Idea or Vodafone (Network used in Dehi/NCR) it only fetches the result for 2g networks. Tried to contact Idea customer service but they say they dont have any information or diconnect the call or put on hold for as long as 40 minutes. No resolution from past 1 month. Bad service from a bad network ruining the name of AdityaBirla group. My device model is e-1732. Plz help. My contact no is [protected]
