I am shivanand my mobile number is 9164334508 i am using the idea network from fast 5 years. my complaint is every month i am recharging my mobile with 199. so according to plan the 199 rrecharge benefit is "idea to idea unlimited calls for one month". at each month i will get call from idea customer care saying that "recharge with 199 and get unlimited calls idea to idea one month free". so i will rrecharge at every month. but at every month the idea will play a game with me by giving this benefits only 15 days, when i called to idea cc they told that don't believe in our offer calls they are not correct and valid, if they are not obeying their own laws why do they make laws? so please provide me need full help.
