my no is 9785038948.poor message service by idea on the sms card of 57 rupees.so please help me and provide good message service

All complaints to telecom operators be reflected in the bills.
E-Complaints are answered with only an auto e-reply without any complaint number by mobile operators Idea / Vodafone etc.
Are they not supposed to generate a complaint number for reference?
Require Consumer Organizations / NGO / Telecom Regulatory Authority of India / Consumer groups to check this.
Steady & Strong Network signal for uninterupted communication is the need of day in the wake of regular traffic jams / long distances to cover.
