Deactivate My mobile Number

Sub :- My mobile number are deactivate
Dear Sir

My Idea Sim Purchase on 20th Feb 2011 of M.K. Enterprises at Giridih , Jharkhand My idea mobile number 9576876256 sim.no 8991702010106545736 . My mobile number are deactivate i have all ready submitted document prof. But i not Know he send or not send my document. because last five days problem face customer.
So kindly within hours activate my mobile number

my mobile number -9927370071. Plz all service deactive now otherwise . I will go to another network.
