Idea Celluar - customer care poor

I having idea prepaid connection, the are buggers, they took 45 rupees in my account
i tried to customer care , the response very poor, please take care who r having idea connection, pks check every one hour else your balance carry forward in idea account,
the customer care policy is , they are ask to wait transfer the call to higher authourity
at the time you hearing only hold on music up to 20 mins, after that line will be automatically
disconnected, your money and time totally waste, so pls wont go to IDEA, the customer
care is very poor
