subject:unauthorized GPRS Charge

I have idea postpaid card connection last three months,but last bill period 25Novmber 2011 to 24 December 2011 inculde GPRS charges 117.42 rupees and give me bill but actual i have my cell phone not support for GPRS service,then can't possible GPRS use...i was personal meet customer care center (new cg road idea cellular branch) talk with executive but no response me and suggests me dial 198 complain number i am calling customer care and talk with executive but there not response for me....and i m feel shameless and heart please help me and unauthorized charge refund me
i was pay bill 1300rs dated 07/01/2011,

sir if you help me and my unauthorized GPRS charge refund 117.42 rs.
