[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — balance deduction

I want to request everyone please do not use idea connection for internet. They are a big cheater. Don't go after their advertisement 'no ullu banawing'. In fact they are making us 'ulloo'.

I just purchased a new SIM card number [protected] from idea. I got 275mb 3G data and 100Rs talk time on recharge of 130Rs. After 1 week i found that my account balance is 0 Rs while it was Rs. 87.5 in morning and i didn't make even a single call from this number. When i reached customer care they told me that i have used Internet for downloading that's why my balance deducted. When i checked my data balance, it was about 3.70 mb left in my account. Then again i spoke to their customer care representative. She told me very weird reason for balance deduction. She said that when you open multiple tabs on your computer/laptop then balance starts deducting from your main account instead of your data balance. After arguing a lot she agreed that they have deducted Rs16.50 extra from my account and added the same amount to my account balance. But what about the remaining 71 rupees.
I don't know whether she was not aware of the fact or she was trained to say so. But ultimately i think there is predefine setting in their system if your data balance is low and you connect to Internet they will deduct all your main balance from your account.
I again request to everyone please don't use idea Internet connection. Their service is very poor, Internet speed is dead slow and they cut your pockets by incorrect balance deductions.

Idea has deducted 200 balance from my account main balance.They have said that this deduction is due to over usage of net pack.But this is not right as i have not received any message regarding validity expiration from them.They used to notify me always and then i used to recharge my number.But they had not notified me so its their fault also.I want my money back.

My balance have deducted between[protected] and[protected] i want to refund my balance i'm not satisfied with idea take serious my complain and solve it immidiatly.

I have a concern regarding my balance deduction.Actualy some Rs 214 approx has been deducted from my mobile today.and according to your customer care executive, it is due to mobile data usage.but i am not using mobile data from last two days And i am using net through my wifi connection.

Could you pls investigate this issue As i didnt get any proper response from your executive.and please refund my amount Asap.

My moblie no is [protected], I'd activated whats app pack of Rs. 38/- on 25/3/15. But whenever I use Internet data the amount is being deducted from my calling balance. On 26/03/15 Rs.55/- were deducted for usage of Internet only for 7 minutes. Though I've deactivated all net apps, my calling balance is still deducted. Request u to do the needful and refund my call balance.

I had activated whatsapp pack of Rs. 38/- on 25/3/15 and used net but balance was deducted from my calling balance instead of Whatsapp balance so I called idea customer care and followed his instruction to solve the problem and again used mobile data On 26/03 to check the same but they have again deducted Rs.55/- for usage of Internet only for 7 minutes. Then again I called them and changed my mobile settings according to their guidelines but still I am facing the same problem. Whenever I call them and ask for the details for the net usage they are unable to provide and also denied to refund my balance of Rs. 55 which was deducted for the usage of 7 minutes of net data. Earlier I used Internet of Idea for 1 hour and more but never deducted this much of amount so request you look in the matter and do the needful to refund my call balance as they have not mentioned the terms and conditions while offering the whatsapp pack.

Note:
Idea offers whatsapp and facebook pack to their users but they do not mention other rules like - user have to deactivate all net application of their mobile and they provide some amount of data (eg. 200 mb data for 1 month) on whatsapp and facebook pack but if we download the any image they deduct the money from our calling balance.

Mobile service providers should clarify these kind of information (terms and conditions) before offering any scheme to thier users but they are not doing this. When we face the problem and call them then only they provide this information.

Sir My Balance idea bitten through no fault of my own company when he had consulted on the matter and Idea Care misled by telling us the wrong things you have registered a case of fraud on the company to take action.

Fastly deduct my main balance Rs 60, Already i recharge 3g Internet pack on Saturday evening for three days, validity given me 3 days but esterday afternoon idea dident give me any information about my validity and deduct my main balace,
I call to idea customer care but customer care executive dident give me right information

I activated 3g plan on my number around 7:45PM(10th May), and at 10:27 PM, I access Internet on my laptop by connecting it to my mobile. At 10:28 PM, I got a message from you of low data remaining (I saw it later). And now you are saying that my balance was deducted (about Rs.170) at 7:30PM . I checked my remaining data before doing 3g recharge, it was around 14mb. After balance deduction, I checked my balance; it was showing in two parts(Screen shot attached). Please solve this, I've already tried to solve this by calling customer care and also talk with supervisor, but that call was not effective.

i recharge today with 120 rs then after that i activate the whats app pack of 37 rs by using *150*37# no. then my available bal. after deduction was 81 rs now when i'm checking its only 0.5 paisa so i just wanted my money back.

I have recharged rs 120 two days before along with internet pack. But my balance is deducting by showing internet charge. the balance is deducting while i am using the wifi network. When I talked the customer care they are shoeing lot of false reasons. I need my money back.

Sir my balance of about 60rs has been deducted by airtel wrongly please return my balance

IDEA CELLULAR IS WORST OPRATOR WHEN IT COME TO BALANCE DEDUCTION WITHOUT USAGE IT HAS DEDUCTED MORE THEN 500 RS FROM MY BALANCE THERE IS NO USE OF CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TO GET YOUR BALANCE BACK BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES BUTVNO USE.THEY HAVE INVALID ANSWER FOR ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.THEY ARE ALL INVOLVED IN EATING YOUR BALANCE.BETTER CHANGE YOUR OPERATOR OR KEEP YOUR BALANCE NIL TO GET YOURSELF PROTECTED FROM THESE STELLERS.

I am cancelling cause of third class service I have raised a complaint via phone been 6 months not yet resolved had 5 numbers cancled all 4 this is last will can this tooo tomorrow
