Idea Cellular — Not satisfied

Dear Sir,
I am P.Satheesh. T taken a New Idea Post paid connection on 25.05.2009. My plan is Idea to Idea 1000 minutes free per month and another mobile 200 minutes free per month.and specially Our CUG Groups calls are free on any time. But now my bill amount is added to all free call cost and CUG group free call cost. The bill amount is exceeding to my company allowance. So we are dislike the plan and Idea service. So please kindly disconnect our Post Paid connection immediately. The details are given below.

Idea Cellular — stopped migration from old to new tarif

idea has lonched new good tarif which is applicable only for new customers ...
and they are telling us to change the sim to get the use of new tarif ..
but we r not in the condition to change the number ... according to govt rule we can migrate for any new tarif from the existing tarif my no is [protected]... i had called idea on 14/7/09, even idea custmer is refusing to take complant about this, they are telling that they have not get updates from govt about this...

Oye! IDEA and that Stupid Actor, stop giving lectures on bettering India, rather start thinking about IDEAS to better your signal service. Should your customers cling to your towers and make calls?

People calling me from outside India, get this message: "The no. does not exist". Here in India, my wallet is being squeezed. What a - - - - - - - stupid company?
