Idea — regarding postpaid bill

I AM NOT RECIVED BILL TILL DATE.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].MY OUT GOING FACIELITEY IS STOPED LAST FOUR DAYS. GIVE ME THE RESAION.

Idea Cellular co. — call Detail of My old post-paid connection

I had a post-paid connection [protected]. I demanded a outgoing and incoming call detail of my no. of dt.[protected].I went to Idea Cellular Company`s office at Sonipat. I told them my problem after that they give above call detail. After that i show the copy of call detail in court . Court said to me bring a hard/ certified copy of above detail. I request to company again for certified copy many times but Idea company told me that we have no record. So please solve my problem.

The customer care executives are answering very rudely..
in the last bill when i send an SMS the receiver is receiving the same SMS for twice, i thought of it is due to some technical/network problem and it will be charged only once. but when i checked my bill i shocked to know that each SMS is charged for twice. then i called to customer care they were very rudely saying that it was sent for twice and it will be charged for twice.

just think... is it my problem? when i sent an SMS of below 160 chars for only once how do receiver receives the same SMS for twice without some technical/netowrk issue?
if you have some technical/netowrk issue you have to check and regenerate the bill without doing that rude answering is not good...

I am Shyamal Kumar Mondal an Engineer in BHEL Harwdwar, I have post paid idea cannection since last 10 month number is[protected]. From last three month I am facing problem to recive my bill and payment it in time.In this month till I have not received my bill though it last payment date 4/12/2011. I have contacted with Idea local office in hardwar by phonitalk with such number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. All they were saying soon they will send bill. but all are jocking, not doing their work prorerly, mentally harasing me. please slove this problem, and recuse me from harasment cell of hardwar idea local office.

This is Amarjit Singh from Ludhiana. I had a Idea Postpaid connection ([protected]) since last 8 years. My Outgoing was blocked due to non payment of bill. I already deposited the bill but my outgoing is still blocked . This is a very rough treatment by Idea to his very old costomer and force the customer to take the legal action.Please take the necessary action to resolve the matter because this number is my business number & block Outgoing damage my business very hard.
