Hi,
I had activated International roaming on my Idea No. - 9891969663 in June 2008 and paid the necessary amount of INR 3000/- for activation.

However, everytime after that when I go out of the country, international roaming never works on my Idea number inspite of requests to Customer care to activate the same.

I find the Customer care and Base locations of Idea showrooms in vasant Kunj, New Delhi and Sec-26 Noida to be most incompetent as they cannot understand or resolve my complaints even after multiple visits to them with the necessary documents.
