This SIM is activated in Dubai, as per the updates received from the agent this card is valid for another 13 months, even if it is not used. There is no charges for incoming messages etc.
I never used this SIM to call anybody and didn't receive any call on this number. But my balance is getting less day by day. I lodged a complaint, but nobody replied.
Sorry to tell you that when I had some queries with Airtel, I always received replies very fast.
