I am Gopal with idea number [protected]. I have been trying to activate 3g on my handset but was unable to do so. Complaints made to the customer care also were not considered by them each time batting a reply to call back after half an hour.Today I made a call to the customer care number 198 to confirm activation of 3g and I was told that it is already activated on my number. Later today I received a message to dial*150*23# in order to avail 100 Mb free 3g data which I did collapsing 7gb of 2g data pack I subscribed earlier. But I was not able to connect to the 3g network and whenever I tried I am connected to the 2g network only.when I contacted the customer care I was told that there is network issue but even after solving the issue I was not able to connect to 3g and calls to customer care was suspended for the day. Meanwhile they deducted almost 20 rupees of balance from my account whereas I didn't make any calls or send any message. To raise a complaint the helpline is suspended for my number. Its just like cheating an ordinary customer like me. I need someone to take necessary action agaist the service provider or settle my issue Was this information helpful? |
