[Resolved] Idea Cellular — ebill request not materialised | |||
Sir, I am a customer of idea cellular mobile phones. I have three mobile nos on my name , [protected],[protected],[protected] with the company. On 17th Jan.2011 I called on the customer care and requested for mailing my bill to my email id. They said it will be done in two days but they failed to do so. Again I recently called them for the same, they said that my email id was wrongly taken and hence corrected and the bills will be despatched in two hours. Again they failed to attend to my needs.
