[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — unsubscribe scheme

I am also suffering from forced subscription from Idea.
For many subscription promotion plans gets enabled by just pressing a '*' key. 'Star' key position on mobile keypad is such that it very easily gets pressed accidentally.

I have such Cricket update service forcefully enabled on my Idea cell phone. Every day Rs 5 /- gets deducted. Even after registering the complains with Idea customer care, I am not able to un-subscribe from this forceful service.

I think we all such sufferer's shuld come together and go to consumer court against Idea cellular.

I m trying to deactivate GPRS unlimited pack from about 20th of july, 2009 Many time i called up in the customer care and told them about deactivate my scheme, I also sent an sms requet for abut 8 -10 times each time I call them they assure me to deativate and i recive some messages with assuarance to deactivate it withinin 24hrs I am providing the Sr no[protected]. but result is not satisfactory.
I have also send message for unsubscribe but again the same situation..
Really idea company doesnt provide good customer service.

I am also harassed by idea company, i am trying to change my current plan to another one, and given written application regarding that, but till date i am unable to change my plan, it was not expected from a such a esteemed company like Idea.Any way i have to change my service provider.

i never subscribed anything on my sim, but don't know how i got subscription of news updates, shayari & jokes.The subscription is forceful and now daily 3rs. get deducted from my balance.This is completely a mess and truly a sign of irresponsible behaviour of a service provider.

d thing is...by mistake my little bro has subscriped idea sms masti n dey cut rs 10 per week!!!
n now its so very difficult to deactivate it!!!

as the sms pack auto renews after 30 days & i dont want it...

Kindly stop the cricket score messages to the prepaid number [protected]. As it is not subscribed for and money is being cut which is not asked for. Kindly do the needful immediately and oblige.

my no [protected] has acivated sms pack without i subscribe. daily my account is dudected i am fear to recharge it so please unsubscribe it. otherwise i comple to change my seam.

I have not subscribed for cricket scores, but I am getting unwanted SMSs and my balance is reducing. Please STOP THIS SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND MY BALANCE. My idea no is [protected] and it is prepaid.
