[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd — They are blackmailing me

I am using an idea No [protected] since last 3year earlier this number is named by Tripurari Puri but now I have transferred this No to my name from your Sant Nagaer Showroom. I have request them to ensure me if I changed the No then my rate & plan will not change& they ensure me too. But now my all the rate plan has been changed. I have already informed this problem to your Mathura Road office & as well Sant Nagr office too. But after 5day of my complain I have not received any response & when I am talking to Sant Ngar show room they are saying this is call centre problem they will rectify & when I am talking in call centre they are saying you have to visit showroom. I have also registered problem to Mr Sandeep & Mr Arun Gupta. But still nothing happen.

Now when i am aksing any information from idea copcare they are abusing me. Mr deepk had push me out from his office.
