[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — harresment

on 7th July i lost my mother ,as i was mourning the said loss i receive call from no.[protected] probably from idea customer care.I was unable to attend the call as i was busy with my nears and dears.
It is pertinent to mention that previously i purchase idea net setter from idea by surrendering the tataphoton net setter and depositing of Rs 1000/= but its very unfortunate that the sim and dongle of idea which i purchase was not working in my area at Gousia Colony Ellahi bagh, Srinagar 190020 which was confirmed by their engineer which inspect my place after i lodge complaint in one of the office of idea at Karanagar,Srinagar. but till then nothing was heard from their office instead they call me in busy hours asking me to deposit the bill for the services which i am not using,Although i want to surrender the sim to the said office where i lodge complaint but they refuse to accept it,till then i am not using their services and was compelled to use the services of other co. but during that period i suffered huge loss and mental torture with the non availability of the services.
i therefore request the forum to direct the co. to stop harassment and remove my details in their data base otherwise i will be compelled to lodge another complaints in consumer court, Srinagar and pray for the damages and mental torture.
