Dear Sir/Mam,
I did an online recharge of Rs. 44 on the idea portal, on 7th January , 2013 on my number as per the details mentioned on their official website. www.ideacellular.com
But I regret to inform you that instead of the 3000 sms only 600 sms has been credited to my account as per the message I received immediately after recharging. Also the validity is only 15 days as opposed to 30 days.
On contacting thier customer care I was told that the offer was changed to the new benefits on 5th January 2013. But even on 8th January, this change was not reflected on Thier official website.
Now why should me or any other customer suffer because of poor IT management of their website. They should not publicly offer one thing and deliver another. They should deliver as advertised and seek compensation from Thier IT providers if they have to.
I have attached the relevant screenshots along with this mail.
Please take corrective action immediately.
