Miss Selling of Recharge Coupon

Hi all,

I buy a Recharge Coupon of IDEA 0n 31 Dec 2010.It was valid till Dec2011.Coupon Sl No. is 0412108600144153.

It has every thing OK but after scratching the recharge digit was not sufficient and valid ,After calling to the customer care they did not help me out...

Its really a cheating Because any individual can not make a complaint in the court of Law for Rs.10,20,40,100,or 500 etc..
