WHEN I CALLED 121 AND FOLLOWED STEP TOWARDS TALKING WITH EXECUTIVE....IVRS "RESPONDED INVALID NUMBER","EXECUTIVE IS BUSY". FINALLY AFTER 13 TRAILS WITH DIFFERENT OPTION WHEN THE PERSON PICKED THE CALL ,HE GAVE ME A NUMBER *800*222# TO AMEND MY PROBLEM.BUT THE OUTCOME WAS A NEW PLAN WAS ACTIVATED AND I WAS CHARGED MORE MONEY.WHEN I TRIED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS, A GUY NAMED "VIJAY"(IDEA'S CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) TOLD TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER 4 HOURS.WHAT DO THEY WANT FROM ME SHALL I WASTE ALL MY VALUABLE TIME IN REACHING THEIR POOR RESPONSE SERVICE.AND EVEN IF THEY RESPOND THE LAND ME INTO MORE TROUBLES.
