i have taken idea 3g net setter but most of time it is giving 2g speed even not 2g properly .So i mailed them 4 or 5 times but they are giving reponse through mail only .And still they did not work on it even they did not call me about that problem.so plz help me in this matter Was this information helpful? | |||

Idea Cellular Ltd — Inadequate Service
From the date I have signed terms and conditions of the customer applications on 22/4/2010, - have only faced problems.If you want I will send all the mails that I have sent to the company's customer care and Appellate body of yours. But till date not even a single person called telling me that my problem will be resolved. As per the same terms & conditions the company and also the consumer act and sales of goods act the company is entitled to me provide the services for which I bought the device.
Just see one thing that if I didn't want to pay my bill I would have done it from day one but I kept paying my bill because I was never wrong but you all never clarified my problems.
I mite not be aware of the civil and criminal proceedings that the company can file against me but I know one thing that even today I am ready to CLEAR ALL MY DUES if you can rectify all the problems associated with the device.
See I am a common man who will have to fall down and plead mercy in front of you people even after wanting to sort things. I have paid for the device and I will have to keep paying my bills even for not using the services that was promised to me.
Just to tell you a list of problems from day 1 that I have faced are:-
1) No connectivity for the first twenty days of the connection.
2) No connectivity of net on any other place other than my billing address ( as per the device description mentioned in your brochure it is a portable device that can be used any where in India)
3) The download speed promised to me by your salesman has never been achieved.
Idea Cellular Ltd — bad service
sir i took a new connection of idea and after some days i went to gujrat .surat for a couple of days and on secomd day my connetion was disconnected incoming and outgoing and no response from any executive when i tried to contact through my son they say i have to make payment of 500rupees of bill.till date i didnt receive any bill.
non of any communication from the organization.
sir please help me in this regard.

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Poor Services
I am Anup singh and my Mobile No. is [protected].I lost my phone thats why i want a new SIM Card for that I requested to Customer Care to sent the SIM Card on 23-Nov-2009. But still i have not received the SIM card. I am facing lots of problems without mobile no.. I already requested so many times to Customer Care.
