Inadequate Service - Idea Cellular Ltd
From the date I have signed terms and conditions of the customer applications on 22/4/2010, - have only faced problems.
If you want I will send all the mails that I have sent to the company's customer care and Appellate body of yours. But till date not even a single person called telling me that my problem will be resolved. As per the same terms & conditions the company and also the consumer act and sales of goods act the company is entitled to me provide the services for which I bought the device.
Just see one thing that if I didn't want to pay my bill I would have done it from day one but I kept paying my bill because I was never wrong but you all never clarified my problems.
I mite not be aware of the civil and criminal proceedings that the company can file against me but I know one thing that even today I am ready to CLEAR ALL MY DUES if you can rectify all the problems associated with the device.
See I am a common man who will have to fall down and plead mercy in front of you people even after wanting to sort things. I have paid for the device and I will have to keep paying my bills even for not using the services that was promised to me.
Just to tell you a list of problems from day 1 that I have faced are:-
1) No connectivity for the first twenty days of the connection.
2) No connectivity of net on any other place other than my billing address ( as per the device description mentioned in your brochure it is a portable device that can be used any where in India)
3) The download speed promised to me by your salesman has never been achieved.
