Sir I am in roaming and want to do tele verification for idea prepaid sim. How to do ?

I HAVE SUBMIT ALL PROOF FOR MNP FROM AIRTEL NUMBER [protected] TO IDEA... MORE THAN 14 DAYS GONE NOT YET ACTIVATED. THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM IDEA CARE.

When ever i call on 59059.
The msg displays that "" not registerd on network"
And i have also call to the customer care but they didn't solve my problem

I was in roaming for few days after mnp but now I am in home network but still it show emergency calls only, [protected]
