Idea Cellular Mobile Connection — [protected] nad [protected] mobile numbers all calls barde by company

sir my complaint is that
i have two numbers of idea celular which are not workong for last few days
i have deposited the money in idea office for the bill of number [protected] phone and by mistake their clerk deposited the money in number [protected] that day there computer was out of order, due to this i was charged again in the next bill with late fee, then i complained the matter and collection person came for collection of bill and he waved the late fee ,and but again same happened in next bill all the charges with late fee for fresh bill were added then i talked to company they told me deopsit the bill or we will bar the calls , and no one sorted the problem now my number is bared.

sir the problem with [protected] is this that i was billed for premium service charges which i never used but i deposited the bill for that to collection person when he came to collect money for above number, i assured that my all services are deactivated now by sendin sms form [protected] to deactivate all services nad confirmed the same from collection person who confirmed that all services are deactivated and you will not be billed again for this service but in new bill i recieved the same cahrges again with late fee, which was sorted by collection person, and same happened to my number that it is bared , i am having airtel number [protected] it is very good company and number is problem free they do what they say.
please get my numbers activated , because i am suffering from mental agony as my business is suffering due to deactivation of these numbers
