This is regarding my aunt Sushila John's mobile number. She is a prepaid IDEA customer, a very basic customer. She has been receiving smses and calls asking her to enable services. Even tho she says she doesn't want these services, these calls are logged as 'requested', and the services are activated on her phone, and then she is charged monthly rentals on all these services. She deactivates one, they call and activate another.
Also, when we requested that they deactivate the caller tune service, they gave us details to suspend it. Then they made us pay 30 rental + 15 song selection to re-activate the service from suspended state, and then are not confirming if the deactivation request has been processed.
I made a complaint by email, and they keep responding with rubbish like "we would like to inform you that all the necessary information related to the below mentioned concerns for your Idea mobile number [protected] has been provided to you", whereas I have received no email, no calls, no information to answer my queries.
Can someone help me resolve this with IDEA, and prove to others that these guys are cheats?
