idea cellular call details — fraud calls

They use the trick with all their customers. I was a user of their netsetter [protected]. The device was not working and was not repaired for 1.5 months(It was in warranty period). Now they have charged for that period and their recovery agents are giving threatening calls. I told them that get the device repaired and I am ready to pay the bills which they refused.

The same thing happened with me also, the thing they said that they are police officers & giving number of an advocate of 30 hazari court is all the work of the recovery agents, as per the court rules they cannot recover more than the security amount...these all are there tactics to recover so don't be afraid and reply to them as hard as you can

I am also facing the same problem from Idea Cellular Recovery agents, who call from [protected], [protected] and tell me that they are calling from Pune Lok Adalat. They tell me that I must either pay them Rs 5, 000 or appear in court within 1 hour of their call. These recovery agents have even started calling my friends mobile no. But I have not succumbed to these pressure tactics. I have filed a police complaint against these recovery agent now.

Please don't fall for this pressure tactics. Raise your voice and file police complaint because we must teach lesson to Idea cellular so that they don't harass customers and their families like this. Because we keep quite, companies dare to do such illegal things.

I want to book complain against Idea Cellular Recovery agents (Vikas Bhati) I am frequentelly receiving warning calls from company's autoriesed receovery agent.Not only this they are also calling to all my relatives & friends & using abusing language. Due to this very reason all my relatives & friends to whom they called up are very afraid in attending the calls.

My name is Parth and i am from Delhi, I have no other option left behind rather to share my grief and major issue on this portal. On 3rd September 2015 at 3.00pm i got a call from Mr. Vikram Chaudhary & Mr. Rahul Mehta that they are calling from ICL means Idea Cellular Limited and i did a financial fraud and they are Authorised Advocates of ICL and they have lodged FIR at Tis Hazari Police Station and ask me to meet at Tis Hazari Police Station immediately.

When i ask them where is court summon they both used the sahm, shabby and abusive language and threaten me that the can take a catch hold of my self from any part of Delhi and teach them a lesson.

Then they started calling on my family members numbers and on my in-laws and even they have not spare my old age father. When i contacted them they both pretended them self as Idea Cellular Authorised Advocates and Idea Cellular has authorised to talk with you in such manner. When i contacted Idea Cellular Authorities they said that they have registered the complaint against these both fraud agents.

When i ask Mr. Vikarm & Mr. Rahul about there where abouts means where they sit and what is the chamber number they sad abruptly that they will not meet at Tis Hazari Chamber they will meet me at private Chamber apart i have logged complaints against both poachers and shamers in Consumer Court with Idea Cellular and with TRAI along with there mobile numbers. Please beware if they call you kindly take strict actions against these poachers and frauds.

I want to complaint on idea post paid recovery agent.Recovery agent number is[protected] from Hyderabad, she called me and told me for my due, as I lost the sim I told her I will pay provided iam waiting till next bill generation because I need clarification that my sim is blocked.she continuously called me from unknown numbers I replied very poliety but she was using abuse language and commenting on my area.what d hell she had rights to comment on community and region.as we are in democratic country still people follow community barriers I need justice for it please.i need this type of people should get a nice lesson
