I am existing post paid customer of IDEA Cellular Company in Pune Maharashtra under T-582 CUG plan (corporate plan for Tech Mahindra Ltd employee call charges [protected]@per min (STD & LOCAL) for initial 449 min. per month)I have received the bill for the month of FEB-2008 however there are many discrepancy in bill. I am highlighting some details which are wrong as per my perception and many more calls are charged at same rate and that should be charged [protected]@per min as per the plan. Recently I have given a plan change request because T-582 CUG plan (corporate plan for Tech Mahindra Ltd employee call charges [protected]@per min (STD & LOCAL) for initial 449 min. per month) changed to T-623 CUG plan by IDEA Company for that I given a request on 25-Feb-2008 which not yet served after 19 days. Idea Cellular Ltd — increase call rate of postpaid plan
Dear Sir,Idea cellular Ltd. revised their call rates without any information, I have a corporate postpaid plan. My previous call rates were Rs. .50/per call but now it is Rs. .60/per call. They commit me that my call prices will be same for two years. How can you revise price without information?

I am an idea user since 2007 and my number is [protected]. but from last one year i got many problem from your services and whenever i call ur customer care they either disconnect my phone or every time says that our server is down so call me back after 30 minute and after 30 minute story is same. And deduct unusual money from my balance ...yesterday (on 11/12/2011) I got a call from a number [protected] and i doesn't get an voice so when i reply back then I was connected to a computer generated voice and that was a porn site(in Hindi) my balance is deducted Rs.45/ just for 33 second call. and your customercare executive say that it is an International call. If it is so kindly tell me how my call is connected to internationally without an area code???? And how I got an incoming call without an area code.???? if it is possible then please given it to me in written then I will back to you with some legal action.
Your delhi ncr staff are very uncooperative. please take necessary action against them especially your floor supervisors of delhi (nitesh and XYZ pal singh).Please see to it that all the deductions that have been made in the name of international call and credited back in my account, else I will be compelled to seek legal action or in consumer court. please reply me as soon as possible.

Hi my name is Raj Kumar [protected]. Idea postpaid service to bad to worst, we are using cug plan for our firm. with connection they told us 600 mins, sms and 1gb gprs but they didnt activated gprs till now. we given complaint through call i.e 121 and 198 and mail with our registered mail id of our firm. but they didnt solved and also we facing signal problem in our company. for prepaid users having more signals but postpaid is 0 to 1 and 2 signals bar showing in every mobile of our employees.

I have raised the complaint multiple times in past few months. That I have two corporate connections with IDEA. Still I am receiving CUG charges every time in my bill.
The last time IDEA customer executive told me that in the coming bill all my CUG charges for past will be adjusted . But nothing happens.
Even for one of my number [protected] I have rs249 plan . But instead of getting 600 minutes free . my bill is showing only 400 min free.
Please rectify it asap.
