Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mathewkutty PS from Outpost jn. kurichy (kottayam,kerala).For the past 37 years am operating my business in the small village of kottayam.Now i started business with cellular recharging.
we are getting recharge coupons from one of the IDEA dealer in chingavanam(Kunnath IDEA Point).For the recharge convenience again we had approach Mr.Arun (Marketing manager,IDEA,phone [protected]) through our dealer for getting IDEA flexi sim card .but he refused to provide me the IDEA flexi service with some rubbish reasons.

So please kindly provide me the smoother service of IDEA(Flexi sim card).which will improve my business.

We expect proper solution for this.
