[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Service — Unnecessary charges deducted

Dear concern :

my cell number please note [protected]

i have recharged on 7th jan and on 8th jan for rs 50. . automatically my balance is
beocme zero. without even using or king even one single call

when i emailed my greviance to idea customer service they confimed that these are some VAS pack charges which i never applied for.

I am running a small business and need cell to call my customer. on 8th jan when recharged my balance for rs 50 and took the phone to call one of my client . I was shock to know that my balance is zero.

Hence i have not got satisfactory resoulation , also to add up when i called ur idea phone call center pls check my number with the the time i had called that was 8th jan 2013 at around 3.00 p.m the customer service officer inspite of hearning my voice he said i m not able to here your voice" and then lauged and disconnected my call.

is this the way your customer service treat the customer.

Idea Cellular Prepaid Services — unnecessary deduction of charges

Dear Sir

I cancelled the wap service on my mobile 7th of april. i got a confirmation call from idea care that it has been cancelled. but till now they are charging me for that service daily rental of 25/day.so please help me in this regard.

IDEA MOBILE — Deductions of Unnecessary Charges

Dear All

I Mrs. Manorama Pokhriyal want to make a complaint against the Mobile Company Idea as i am using there number which is [protected] from quit sometime, but one day it was my mistake i except it i press the button and got the call tunes service activate after that i have send so many sms to deactivate the same but still its not happened and still today these people are deducting the money from my prepaid mobile phone .

Please help me to resolve this issue from this company.

Idea Cellular Service — Unable to reach customer care service

Am not able to reach the customer care operator through the customer care service. I need to deactivate few services which has been activated without my knowledge. Kindly revert back to my no.[protected].
Idea Cellular have charged the activation fee for a new post paid connection and they havent enabled the outgoing calls giving the reason that the verification has gone negative. Now they are not refunding the fee. They are cheaters .

Dear Sir,

I had Idea GSM service. No. is [protected]. i desire activate Diller tone service. For this service, i h'v contact to Customer Care and through customer care i got activate DT. However, i paid for this service approx. Rs.45 and after week they h'v deducted Rs.6 more and once more time Rs.6 was deducted. Against which, we have several time contact to Custom representitive and they behave like rude. Finally , they are not attend my call. So please do the needful and oblige.

Idea Cellular Service — Service on hold

Begining of the story- Two susequent Rs 10 charge each deducted from my account for a bollywood pack which I never ever opted for. I logged a complaint and after the call I got an SMS on 20/08/2010 in regard to re-submission documents forverification. I called and clarified with customer care, as I have my classes and exam on sunday, I cannot submit the document prior to 23/08/2010.I was said it was fine. On 23/08/2010 my services were put on hold. i called the customer care, they said I need to visit their office. I said if they are open on Sunday,they said no. I had to undergo huge mental stress. As they did not have an option how can they put the service on hold. Phone being such an emminent part of life at present, is being cut off without any option. I want to log a complaint against Idea and demand a compensation for the mental harrasament and disruption of public utility service.

IDEA Cellular Services — Customer care unnecessary charges

Idea Customer Care Service is too poor
This service is paid service customer care charges .50 Paisa per 3 miniutes
for its service but previously this service was absolutly free
but beyond its customer care charge there no body pick phone
& charges going added & added this is very bad
if charges are must then it starts only when customer care operator connect or we start talking

I have a Idea connection.My no is [protected],i recharged with 98(GPRS pack).But i have facing a problem that my net connection automatically disconnect after 1hour or 1.30 hours for 2-3days.
With this prob when i called (probably in Bengal circle customer care) one of their representative named Mithun Das strongly told me that this prob will not be solved and he can't do anything for me for this prob.
I can give you details about the call,anyone can check it.

So,through this site I want to ask a ques to the higher authority of Idea cellular service that "Why they have customer care if they don't help us? "

Idea Cellular Service — pre paid service

Hi,

I am using Idea mobile connection No. [protected]. The company has charging me Rs.30 since last two months saying it for my I- card plan.I am using this plan since last 3- 4 years. this charge of I-card plan is not known to me as it has started just few months back. Also deduction is not done every month.randomly in any month they deduct this amount. i request you to please look into matter and refund at least Rs. 60

idea cellular service — After payment of Rs. 300.00 phone not working

On 15/5/2011 at 11:24 am I paid Rs. 295. for re-charge of my mobie no. [protected] vide Trans ID No.[protected] on RC 27. This was confirmed by service provider by sms. Howver my phone do not work still after more than 22 days. In the mean time I visited their Anuj Communication shop & spolke to Madam Ashwin P Pawar. She asked me to show Identity proof, which I showed to her on 1/6/2011. She asked again to bring Telephon bill & also PAN card as my signature was not clear to her on my Driving licence.
Till now my telephone not working Idea company is cheating the customers by not clarifing the thing before accepting recharge money. I would have never paid it had they informed that I had to show Identity again. Request to pl. resolve my issue at the earlist.

Idea Cellular — Unnecessary Charges applied

Hi,

I am Amit Joshi. I am unfortunately customer of Idea Cellular number [protected]. This is second time when I am not happy with the billing amount. First time it was related to GPRS uses but that time I was not having any evidence and hence I paid 6500 Rs.

This time I am having evidence and not happy because I subscribe for Astrology service plan i.e. 2.99/min for 7 days but Idea fails to enable this service and applied normal charges i.e. Rs 9.00/min.

I have activated this service two time 26 & 30 Aug 2011 and both times I received SMS from IZ-Idea that ‘DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE FAILED TO ACTIVATE YOUR REQUEST’.

I have spoken to Idea customer care but they not answered me properly. I have also sent three e-mails on below IDs but yet not found any response from Idea:

Requesting you to please look into this metter. I can happily pay for whatever I requested.
idea is in the habit of harassing its customers by generating false & excessive bills & don't even bother to clarify or satisfy the customer

Idea — unnecessary call charges deducted

Dissapointed with Vodafone services!!

at the end of last year 2011 i.e inbetween from 15th dec to 31st dec 2011 unnecessary deduction of almost Rs 180 from my ideaphone prepaid account. Firstly they deduct Rs 30 and provide me the caller tune for 7 days. then when i recharge my account again with Rs 100/- again deduction of Rs 30 towards news subscriber and again provide me some other services with out any request for that.
I asked to customer care , no feedback from there end, then I have deactivate that service from customer care executive .

NO ANY HELP THEY PROVIDE ON CUSTOMER CARE IS THIS A WAY IDEA SERVICE IS TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

this is second time, without my acknowledge, unwanted service has been activated and money has been deducted.
this is not always possible to check the balance or check the money deducted. on 28 july 12 Rs 30/- had been deducted without giving any acknowledge and sms alerts. when contacted customer care, she could not connect to executive or even clarify my problem and told to dial again. I want to know, how many times I have to contact c/care. because frequently it is disconnected while transfering to executive. kindly resolve my problem for refunding of Rs 30/-. my idea no. [protected]. also it is to be ensured that no unwanted service to be activated. thank you.
