[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Services — No 3G Data Connection on Idea id -280 Phone with free 3G Internet for 3 Months

Myself Nidhi Mohan . I bought this Huawei Phone with 3 G Internet Connection , of Idea , for 5850 /- with a scheme of 3 Months free Internet at 3G Speed.

Since Yesterday there is no Data Connection or 3G facility.

This is the second time since 9th of this month , when I bought this.
Further , the Net Services for the Idea 3G are being provided by Vodafone ! , I came to know.

If this Company cannot provide 3 G on its own , how can they start such schemes , and Sell products?

This is really a matter of shame that a Company that gives so much of Advertisement on media , cannot provide regular service to the customer.

I request you to pls rectify the problem of no internet service,
