Idea Cellular — prepaid service stopped

My Mobile Number:[protected] changed from post paid to pre-paid on 25th Jan 2011 after using for one year, submitted all the necessary documents IDEA CELLULAR office at MVP double road, Visakhapatnam. But my connection is stopped after 15 days even I reminded them several times and resubmitted the documents again. My connection need to be restored immediately.
