[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — misguid

on 18th of Fef, 09 I have got a SMS from idea customer care regarding the unlimited calls brtween 11p.m. to 6 a.m. For the activation of this new tarrif plan we will have to dial *150*146hash and Rs. 146 will be deducted from our balance. since in this SMS neither it has been not metioned that this facility is only for local calls nor any T&C was applicable on the same, I expected that this new tarrif is for all the calls including the STD and I activated the same and Rs. 146 has been deducted from my balance. but when I made STD calls, the same were charged as per current tarrif plan.

My concern is that when it was for local call only why it was not been mentioned clearly. when it has focused on 'calls' only, by default it is assumed that calls means any type of call whether it is idea to idea or it is local or it is STD. I think that their main motive to cheat and misguide the people.

I am very upset and I want that this type of things do not happen in future.
IDEA is a fraud company. It always better not to take any service from them.
Dear Sir,

I & My spouse bothe are the IDEA prepaid users .we had already submitted our documents three times in nearest mahatmanagar, nasik idea gallary . but we are shocked without any sms or any call our mobile gone on hold this is rediculus, mean to say worst service. I proud when i purchase the IDEA prepaid but IDEA people can't take care of their customers.

Kindly resolved my problems as soon as possible.
Dear Sir,
I Mr. Yogesh Atole from Rathi Transpower Pvt. Ltd. Alandi, Pune.
We had submitted all documents for 22 Nos. connections under 199 corporate plan at 2nd June 2009 to HALL MARK SIMS(code-70004).
But till date few nos. from group is not activated. 5 nos. activated but outgoing stoped.
No one answer prfectly on this issue everyone which i contact is tranfering his responsibility to others.
I had continu follow-up with Mr. Anup & Mr. Sanket but both are didn't give specific answer.
Also they told no activation fees required for CUG but bill generated for all is including activation fee 250/-each.
Can you help regarding this issue.

So somebody said that voucher of amount 50/-, somebody said voucher of amount 99/-. One of my friend did recharge of amount 50/- for validity extension. And he got validity till Aug 2010.At the same time I have i did the recharge of same amount still my validity is not extended. So, for that I call up to customer care. So one of person said that, "Idea" company have policy to which number they gave validity extension.And, when I asked him regarding company's policy he is totally speechless.And, also, said that you have to give a call to customer care before recharge.Is it good manner of helping customer. From last 8 years, I am using your services.But, this is first time I m facing such a kind of problem.
How the company recruit people for customer care, who don't have knowledge of companies policies.

Idea Outlet people are total liers. Its better not to use idea anymore.
They are telling lies just to get thier targets done. They told me that u will get free calls on one STD no totally free but no such scheme is there. Calls will be diverted from Airtel to IDea without any cost.
But nothing happened like that.
Idea useless, a way of cheating people.
