[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — incorrect deduction

Idea — Extra Charges Deducted

Sir,
I have been using an NCR Idea no for past few months.
I stay in Apeejay College hostel.
Earlier the ncr network was not strong over here but now "Apeejay College" tower comes under Ncr network.
When I select home network through manual settings on my phone, I am being charged on basis of roaming tarriffs.
When I had spoke to customer care executive they say sorry for inconvinience but we cant refund you your balance.
Now they are also charging for customer care also, which was not so earlier.
According to them they are charging it because I am at roaming(which is not) and a point is to be noted that it was not so arlier

Aur aapse anurodh karta hu ki mera jo galat ball. detuct hua hai, mujhe wapas kiya jaye aur aage se mera ball. bina meri jankari ke na kata jaye.

agar mera worng ball. jo detuct huva hai nahi lautaya jata hai to mujhe majburan Consumor Form ki help leni padegi.

It was stolen at home or else at my workplace

I want to complaint against your services and also the services of your customer care executives.My Idea Number is +91-[protected]
The idea people are really clever now these days ,I think Aditya birla don't pay to their employees that's why they are doing fraud.
here i am going to explain a interesting story
The call came from idea that your number is in the winning list and now you can browse,download internet on mobile as well as on pc through GPRS free of cost ,i never told them to activate the gprs but they did and after one day they are deducting 20 rupees from my balance ,what the hell is this ...so i called customer care on [protected] ,he said that sorry sir you have given a wrong information i can't give your balance ....so i said ok please stop my service ...so he said ok i forwarded your request to stop this service....your GPRS will stop in 24 hours ....i waited but again on other day after 24 hours 20 rupees deducted from my balance so i again called the customer care .....he said ok sir just wait i am checking ...so he put me on hold and after waiting for long time on hold he disconnected me .....now i am not able to call customer care ...every time it says that "our customer executives are busy in attending other calls"

now what i can do ..i am in great trauma ...they are taking my 20 rupees daily as i am a student and living on my own expenses .......Aditya birla beekh maang le is se badiya to logo ko chutiya banane se pehle ..............ye hai "EK IDEA JO BADAL DE AAPKI DUNIYA "

i am a idea subscriber of west bengal circle. here i am not getting any network, any signal in our locality. plz give us a tower in our locality.

since i bought my new idea number ...there are numerous types of services activated in my number...with out any notification and without my approval and my balance is deducted...
and everytime i call at customer care they said we forwarded your request..and after then nothing happens..atleast 50 times i call them but it is simply of no use and time wastage to call them.
...plz help me...i m very much disturb from this idea disgusting services..
plz resolve my problem as soon as possible...

i krunal maru, having no. [protected], complaining against Idea that during my roaming I've suffered from incorecct deduction. Right now i'm in tamilnadu and from 21st may 2010 I'm suffering from the same. From 21st may 60 to 70 Rs has been deducted from my account and right now my account balance is in minus. Also no customer care no. is responding in roaming. So to whom I have to complain I dont understand.

Myself Hemraj singh i am facing some some problem like that unnecessary service activation without my request they have cut 30 Rs, from my account on date 02-jun-10, i[censored] have not resolve this problem i will leave Idea Network and also complained against in consumer court about this matter also yesterday i am call a very urgent call but there is no sufficient balance .that should be done by ur network issue and i am not interested in unnecessary message they have sent to me lot of message in a day i have disturb to read all these plz don't sent any sms like that which are not in use.

For the last two months, my mobile balance automatically debited with an enormous amount without my consent, making my account balance completely near to NILL. I am getting your services for last 1yrs..My mobile no is [protected] (Prepaid customer)...I had incorrect deduction of charges on last three month for love shayri updates without my consent...I call to your idea center for deactivation of love shayri updates & reversal of charges. On 12th of June'10 and 12th of July'10l i got message for deactivation & reversal of charges from you...But it was not done & still i am getting Love shayri updates & are still deducting incorrect charges...if all the charges not reversesd, I have to think for other mobile service providers..

I am Dayashankar and my wife Sita's Idea prepaid number is [protected]. I observed that now a days the DAILY PACK SERVICE is activated which I never required due to which more amount is deducted. I don’t want any such service. I requested to deactivate this service so many time to customer care. But I am received only their computerized / fixed answer. Now I observed that Idea is not a reputed concern.

So you are requested to kindly stop the present unwanted service immediately within few minutes. Otherwise i am going to change your connection.

I am user of idea prepaid [protected]. this is my complaint that the money is getting cut for no reason. I lost nearly Rs.50/- last month and every day Rs.5/- is getting cut.Without my consent the adv. for ford car winning is disturbing me. This is not a first time several time I have been harrassed from your side.When complain goes it is reactivated why such things happened from your side. Is this a sick company?
