Idea Net Setter very slow
I purchased Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps, plan Rs 399 in September'08 and Iam getting internet speed only .02 to 3.45 kbps in Dahod(Gujrat)and getting unbeleivable speed in Vadodara(Gujrat) . will you increase this speed in Dahod like Vadodara and when.otherwise Please suggest me what to do?

i have purchased an idea net setter before 2 days, i working with that in gwalior in place like c.center & darpan clony where signal streanth always be full.
To purchase this product was a wrong disition, because it is too slow as 1.4kbps to 6.0kbps only, as a person who is paying 850rs. per month there should be a conveniant speed.
c.care is nothing, so i personally sugges that please do not purchase idea net setter.

i have idea net setter but it speed is 53 kbps so i can change cara and i use my data card in Airtel so pls responce me in my email add ya mobile [protected]

tere gaand bhosdika jo idea net setter kharida go for tata data card it cost 2500 & u will get 2 months unlimited surfing thanks a lot

i was purshased a data card from trade fair the net setter works very slowly only 10kbps out of 236kbps

even i am facing same problem, third class speed with third class customer care and third class connectivity, wait to open connect software after click, then wait for signal then wait to connect and at last wait to disconnect. now you know how frustrated i am.

I am very satisfied to my idea net setter, my net setter no. is [protected] and sim no.is[protected]. but i have some problem about my recharge date status.some time i forget about my recharge date but i dont know how to check the recharge status to my net setter.please tell me and solve my this problem.other wise if without priore notice my conenction is disconect then i suffer my work.thanks

I have purched IDEA Netsetter before 4 Days in nagpur idea nagpur office. i m getting very low Speed in my PC. Before purchasing Netsetter Sales man come towards me and told that Netsetter is very high Speed like BSNL with good Plan But i found Speed is very Slow less then Airtel GPRS, GPRS is High Speed then Netsetter Believe me i m unhappy with netsetter So, Please give Proper Service, Speed to All Customer i have full IDEA Coverage in my Colony Still Speed is too Slow Unless,
GIVE HIGH SPEED OR RETURN MY MONEY.
IDEA IS VERY BAYKAR, FALTU..

Idea Net Setter — No speed & no response

I congratulate those customer who is gettine speed of 50+ kbps. my idea dealer is very good in service. initailly it was mostly zero speed . but with his follow up I am getting .00 to .10 kb/s. Can idea make clear exactly what their customers sholud expect from them ?

Sir, I am Ishan Shah studying in college from vadodara, Gujarat, India. I presently using youtelecom broadband services and its scheme is one month for one GB. But from a few days I came to know that BSNL started new scheme for its wi-fi system and data card just like your Netsetter . today I seen about the rate for unlimited downloading and uploading using netsetter. and the rate is about 2490/- Rs. and I get 2 months free. but after two month i have to pay approx. 899Rs/- Rs. per month which is too costly and the speed is only 236 kbps !!! or less then that as I have seen your netsetter user complaints. while BSNL wireless data card's speed is 144kbps but its per month rental is just about approx. 280/- only. so in this time of competition, can u please decrease your rate just like a BSNL otherwise i can say that if we compare cost nobody will take Idea Netsetter and all moves to BSNL. I know Idea provide good network and services but think about the majority common people can afford your this rate or not. BSNL data card is costed 3200 with tax. and 250 +taxes(30Rs) per month. hope u take all matter positively. If you take this matter seriously and working on it, I assured that u will never get one complaint from any customer. I am waiting for your reply as soon as possible because I need unlimited downloading at 2 Mbps speed. Thank you.

I have purchased Idea Net Setter since 6th Feb'2009. the saleman told me it is very high speed. and i have so many order of the same. but after activating my sim, i am unable to open any site like google also, so please me what we have to do ? can i use this net setter for another post paid sim ie air tel, tata indicomm

very very very slow and horrible.
I purchased an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless Net Setter and promised data speedup to 236.8kbps and Iam getting 0.00 to 1.23 kbps., no response from the company after complaint to IDEA (WHAT A BAD IDEA sirji) please suggest what to do?????????
they didn't have any values.once customer took the connection, it is suicide for him.they want to sell the modems lying with them.no response from customer care, distributor.really it will change our lives with their Z-Class service and Speed. What an Idea.think so many times before taking.check in your known circle 3 to 4 days.
