Deactivate Value added Services

This is Amit Kashyap my contact no. 9911601183, I want to deactivate my value added services but the voice portal system does not direct me in a proper manner nor is the customer service representative available. It seems to be taking people for a ride. It just shows how careless a company can be.... i had already
complaints of my value added services deactivate but cutomer care send me msg on dated - 20-07-2010 (Dear customer , Your request for VAS deactivaion is undr process & would be actioned within 11 HRS 0 Min. SR NO. 1 - 9901617011), But dated 17-08-2010 again same Balance deduct in my number - 9911601183 and my value added service is not deactivate now .

I am Prasanta Maiti holding prepaid Idea M.No 9088858104. My complaint is without my request or knowledge Idea activated service ” Box office portal” and deducted my balance.

I spoken idea customer care related this, he was not able to give satisfactory answer why idea activated this service without my request or knowlege. i requested him pls write my complaint and give me reference no. He replied me that i forwarded your complaint and reference no, you will get on your mobile within one minute. But till time i did not received any reference no of my complaint from idea side.
It is very serious matter without request or konwledge of subscriber idea activating value added service and deducting balance. such activity of idea. Idea reputation
will go down you know……
plz deactivate it...

It just shows how careless a company can be. also in my bill they have charged me for mms and gprs of which i haven't used. if you can't pick up the call you can start it through sms service beacuse no one has this much of time to wait for your enjoyment and also you are charging it for 50 paise for 3 minutes, you are requested to de-activate premium charges

It just shows how careless a company can be... i had already complaints of my value added services deactivate but customer care is igonre it very much . i had been complaint them from 2 month and it is very socking tht no response is given and like this they r cheating to lot of people in country ...it seems very bad effect on this company ...i my family i hve more than 30 numbers of ur company...if u r going to do like this we hve to deactivate all the numbers...so i request u to deactive vas from my number...and stop cheating people

What is wrong with IDea i had to change my old number 9009036374 now i am using another number and i cannot deact another value added service on this number.. i had to change my old number also due to this value added service, who the fuck wants some jokes or some stupid one liners for 30 rupees of valuable balance.. how can they activate it so easily and a customer has to go for dying efforts to deact these services uits just stupid!!
