[Resolved]  Idea Postpaid Connection — cancellation of my connection

I have not used the number but have to pay the bill ...response to the queries are made in an insulting fashion and do not allow to cancel the number ...

Cancellation of my connection

My phone number is [protected] under the scheme of DEF200 from Baroda dist-Baroda Gujarat. I have not even installed the sim in my phone. I want to canel this connection as I am happy with your postpaid connection and presently using idea post paid number [protected] . I have approached many times to customer care centre Gandhinagar and also by phone to [protected]. even I have written application by mail on 26/01/ 2010.about the cancellation but it was not accepted and turned back. they have not even blocked the number nor accepted the application.I am ready to pay the due amount and please cancel the account so that bill can not be adding.now I am seriously thinking of even dropping my postpaid number of idea and no phone of idea in future.

i have postpaid connection of Idea in Mahastra but the network is very worst, in the evening i couldn't make a call to anywhere, it is always conjested, pls don't go idea cellular service

I have VTS postpaid connection no. [protected], but the internet connection of VTS sim is very poor. I request to your representative Mr. Rajat Garg, Agra many times for cancelletion of connection but no any response. I deposited all upto date all dues on[protected] vide receipt no. 332717 for Rs.250/- through your rep. Mr. Anil and he assured me that your conncection will be cancelled on today, but till now no any response. hence cancel my above VTS postpaid connection immediately.

Very poor service of idea VTS post paid connection [protected], i deposited pending all dues on[protected] vide receipt no. 332717 for rs. 250/- , hence cancel my connection immediately.

I had took my postpaid connection from Zephyr Associates, Kozhencherry, Kerala.When I went for the cancellation the executive there, an old man insulted me in front of other customers and behave rudely to me.Am a lady teacher.I plan to go for a police complaint.

I want to cancel this connection as I am happy with your post paid connection and presently using idea prepaid number [protected]. I have approached many times to customer care centre and also by phone to you customer support guys.I have requested the cancellation but it was not accepted and turned back.
