my moblie number is [protected]. I received hardcopy bill on[protected], I have talked with Idea CCE
" he told me I have requested for the duplicate copy of the hard copy form idea portal", here I attached the same portal detail web page, as per my knowledge there was no single word related to duplicated bill on the web page. The CCE told me it is chargeable for the duplicate bill. I do not know, what is going on with this number I have sent mail regarding I am receiving some marketing sms, I was try to talk to CCE but no use they asked me what was content of the message? who is sender and date and time etc... etc.. while try to give the necessary details they have disconnected my phone.
I am not ready to pay unnecessary, Please deactivate the number, I will move the issue to the concern department of TRAI and Media.
Here I have attached the same web page for your reference please take the necessary action against the company to save the consumers.
