I have taken taken new connection of idea prepaid on 29/11/11under G S M No 9990292101.In the month of starting Jan 11 automaticalley my dedicion started on complaint same on your customer care they assured me your deduction will be refund on 10/01/11 but nothing happened I repeated talk to customer care they told me your case has refer to higher autherity you will receive refund withen 24 hours but I did not know when 24 hour will you are calculating .
Having such a good adv. but as per commetment very poor.I can not beg for petty amount every day and keep records.
Hope you will take quick action yes or no as in Air Tel.

Dear Sir,
My prepaid idea no. is 9891558810.Inspite of repeated reminders given on 4/1/11 and 8/1`/11 to 58010 regarding non-renewal of Job Alert services and credit of Rs. 30/-, again this service has been renewed without my knowledge and an amount of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my prepaid account.Immediatey message was given to cancel the renewal and credit the amount of Rs. 30/-, in reply to the message received from 58010, who have confirmed regarding unsuscribing of the same, but amount of Rs.30/- has not been credited so far.
It is therefore reuested to kindly arrange to credit of Rs. 30/- of earlier deduction made in Jan 11 and Rs. 30/- of present deduction made on 3/2/11 on account of this job alert services renewed without any request and diredt to your service deptt. of 58010 not to activate such type of services without any reequest in future.
Hope for an early response on my mail id skg5360@rediffmail.com, otherwise I shall not have any option except to switch over to other service provider.
