Idea Cellular Prepaid — wrongful deduction of Rs 20 on behalf of gprs service without my approval

i recharged Rs 66 for making 60 paisa /min STD call on 3 oct.09 at 11:55 am.
and i gotconfirmation msg from idea that is your A/c has been sucessfully recharge.
after that i made a call to my friend (vodafone Delhi) but still i charged for Rs 1.50/-.
also i called customer care 3 times but they didnt gives any satisfactory answer to me and they directly disconnect my phone without solving my problem. and their way of talking is very harsh.
i think idea got many customer they didnt required to increase their customer base.
i have very poor expirience with idea.

wrongful deduction of Rs 10 on behalf of Masti pack for two times service without my approval
& daily masti pack sms send to my cell no. [protected] without my approval i recharge Rs.55/- dt. 07.10.09, 5:44 PM but Rs. 10 deducted my account, i am already email send & costmer care officer 40 times connected but this side answer check your dial number. pls future any type no deduction my account.pls this pack cancel for your side & no any call & sms my cell your side.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i (idea customer) got a call dated on[protected] at 03:30 pm .The person who called, said that he is from idea and told me that i have become a lucky customer under which i will be provided with free gprs service with deduction of Rs. 20 daily which i continued refusing till the last .

Further he said that this service will be activated only when i send a message "SET" to a given no. which again i didn't do.Inspite of this Rs.20 has been deducted from my balance and will be deducted daily till my balance finishes off.

When i got to know about the deduction First i called customer care from where i didn't connect the only way i was left with was to email you for redressal of my grievances .

And i want to tell u 1 thing also i have activated wap89 at[protected] and u activated that 20/day scheme so lost my that scheme and balance also

U activated news 360, love360 and hot jokes also without my permission and knowledge...So please deactivate all these 4 schemes and give my wap89 shceme back ...

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.so that i can remain connected with idea.

SR No.1-[protected] & 1-[protected] ..but they did not refund my balance & only disturbing me many times & simply passing the time...

please solve my problem & refund the balance as soon as possible ...

Idea Prepaid — My 10 rs deducted for a service which i didn't subscribe for

The mentioned service provider initiated a service w/o my knowledge and started deducting money from my prepaid account. They deducted 10 rs till i got to know about the deduction and disable the service. When asked for refund, i was plainly told not possible by their call centre executive and even through the mail.

This is sunita chavan, my balance is getting deducted from past many days, i tried calling customer care but not getting satisfactory response could you please check and let me know that why is this happening, and please provide me with the information for deactivationg the promotional calls and messges which i am getting on my cell... orelse i am forced to shift to any other service provider...
