[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid Connection — unwanted package

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Dinesh having mobile no. is [protected] and every time I feel that you guys are not doing fair enough with your duties because every now and then u imposed unwanted packages on us and our balance is being deducted without my permission, which is not fair and not a good service by your Idea Company.

Please try to increase your level so that more people can get connected with Idea.

This is a serious complaint againt you so please take a very serious action into this matter.
