[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid Connection — unable to call on any airtel nuber wether prepaid or postpaid

Respected sir,
my name is iqubal singh and i have idea prepaid connection from last two week i am facing the problem that when i am calling to any airtel number local or std i am getting the message that the number you are calling doesn't exist please check the number dialing but all the numbers are all right and i am getting the calls from that numbers and if sometimes i get the call the airtel coustomer unable to hear my voice but i can hear that clearly.
i had informed the coustomer care they tranfered my call to there senior but nobody picked my call i wait there about 30 mins and then i disconnect the call and tried again after that i am unable to calll on coustmer care too.
please take some strict action against them.
