[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid Connection — services interrupted

I took an idea prepaid connection from my nearest idea office,after 3days i got a msg from idea that was like this dear customer your document not received since activation kindly submit the documents at nearest idea office to avoid interruption in the services....so i submited my currepted documents before 3 days ago and i complainted alot of time with customer care executive they told me the connection will ok suddenly but until the connection is not ok...my connection no.[protected]...i am kindely request you to help me within moments
